PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Marketing Cloud enables marketers to develop a deeper understanding of customers; to know what they have done, what they may do, and most importantly, what they are doing now. Gain real-time insights into the context of each customer, and leverage these insights to deliver highly individualized customer experiences across channels.

SAP CX Expert Services is a dedicated team of consultants enabling our clients & partners to leverage SAP Marketing Cloud at its best.

 As a member of this team you will guide our customers through the whole universe of the marketing solution. Furthermore, you will identify market trends and customer needs to help the solution & product management with the product development. In addition, you will share your experience with the internal as well as external marketing consulting community to guarantee customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in business computing or general business, comparable education or job experience
  • Previous customer facing experience, preferably working with technical and business personnel
  • General marketing experience and high technology affinity with SAP Marketing Cloud solution knowledge as a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills up to C-level
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region, occasionally outside of the region

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Ability to define value adding business scenarios based on technical concepts
  • Good knowledge of Marketing processes
  • Understanding of consumer and customer journeys and how they are influenced by diverse technologies
  • Understanding integration from technical point of view

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Basic knowledge of SAP NetWeaver or SAP HANA
  • Experience with one or more solutions (SAP or Non-SAP solutions)
