PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP C/4HANA is an integrated offering designed to modernize the sales-only focus of legacy CRM solutions. Following the completed acquisitions of market leaders Hybris, Gigya and CallidusCloud, SAP now ties together solutions to support all front-office functions, such as consumer data protection, marketing, commerce, sales and customer service.

SAP C/4HANA is intended to revolutionize the CRM market by combining front-office CRM and marketing automation applications with back-end transactional ERP systems and business applications, including SAP S/4HANA. These applications are integrated via SAP Cloud Platform and embedded with technology like machine learning and AI via SAP Leonardo.

SAP CX Expert Services is a dedicated team of consultants enabling our clients to leverage SAP C/4 HANA suite at its best.

As a member of this team you will guide our customers and partners through the whole universe of the C/4HANA suite. Furthermore, you will identify market trends and customer needs to help the solution & product management with the product development. In addition, you will share your experience with the internal as well as external consulting community to guarantee customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Customer facing experience, working with both technical and business personnel, strong communication and presentation skills up to C-level
  • Hands-on technical skills, passion to learn new technologies
  • General enterprise architecture knowledge and high technology affinity with any SAP C4/HANA solution knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • University degree in computer science or comparable education or job experience
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region, occasionally outside of the region

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to discuss and translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Ability to deliver implementation based on technical designs
  • Understanding of consumer and customer journeys and how they are influenced by diverse technologies
  • Understanding integration from technical and process point of view

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Basic knowledge of SAP NetWeaver or SAP HANA or ABAP
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Microservices and Layered architecture; frontend and backend development
  • Experience with project delivery methodologies
