SAP NS2 Sr. Human Resources / HCM Consultant TS/SCI + poly ELIGIBLE FOR $10k SIGN-ON BONUS

The external candidate that is selected for this position is eligible for a 25K sign on bonus. 


Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant for the SAP SuccessFactors Solution. Must possess and demonstrate expertise as a business practitioner in Human Resources and/or have knowledge of HCM software (SaaS) implementations. Apply senior level Human Resources knowledge to provide guidance and consult on leading practices in the HCM domain. Must demonstrate critical-thinking skills to understand, evaluate and analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions based on software functionality.


  • Obtain and maintain senior level knowledge of SuccessFactors suite through on-going training and project work
  • Collaborate and drive recommendations for sales, product development and partners
  • Apply general HR business process, software, and related technical knowledge to support implementations
  • Educate customer on employee data and technical requirements
  • Support go live and post go live efforts 


  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Human Resources, with experience using or providing support of business support applications
  • Deep understanding of HCM industry specific business processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of SuccessFactors solution is preferred


  • US Citizenship and active TS/SCI + poly
  • Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
  • English: Fluent
  • Travel: 0-100%, depending on customer location
  • Experience with government regulations and compliance guidelines, including but not limited to Accessibility Compliance / Section 508 Compliance preferred
