Role Description
We are looking for highly motivated person to support the next generation customer design team. The individual will focus on boosting the adoption of digital engagement technique for a wide group of Preales via our regional Digital Acceleration Center in EMEA South. The cloud transition requires the ability to deploy the presales action on the entire customer lifecycle not just on the demo moment. Keeping the engagement live with the customer requires the ability to develop, design and deploy digital assets (ebook, micorwebsite, video, interactive digistories, metaverse, etc) and to make use of the right digital channel to reach the customer also in "low-touch mode ".
The person will be dedicated deploying existing assets across the region, but also to develop and personalize reusable template connected to the customer needs, and customers specific industry outcomes. She / he will have the ability to creatively experiment though visual representations and constantly researching on new technologies.
The innovation is a must for the role where the business acumen, later thinking and creativity are key characteristics to be used. The profile will be included in a regional
team in support and aligned with all the Presales in the different countries in EMEA South, with limited client- facing capacity.
Expectations & Tasks
Readiness
· Champion/evangelist of a human-centred design culture within Presales and a visual approach to telling stories to support the sales cycle
· Support the development and the adoption of new DIY graphic and video tools by Presales, create and deliver trainings to support this
· Research, develop, and share new visual tools and techniques, reinventing new ways to hook the customer
· Research and catalogue new third-party resources (creative agencies, freelancers, etc). and manage a comprehensive and up-to-date resource network
Deal Support
• Collaborate with other colleagues, Sales & Presales as as well as the wider community to understand the context of the customer and of the opportunity
• Actively participate in calls with solution advisors, demo architects, and occasionally customers to understand specific business processes, needs and requirements
• Empathize with the customer to understanding how technology can be applied to create human meaning and value
• Represent visually complex topics in a simple manner to communicate the primary concepts. Requirements could include storyboards, videos or immersive experiences, wireframes, and click-through UI.
• Present concepts to the wider team and occasionally the customer, gathering and acting on feedback
Business Development
• Build assets with a ‘reuse mindset’
• Organize assets for easy reuse, to include global Market Units and LoBs
• Maintain an awareness of assets created by other design groups and leverage locally where applicable

Translate customer requirements into high quality visuals which demonstrate the business values as articulated by the VAT
Crafter/Shaper of memorable stories and experiences to be delivered by the internal customer

Depending on specialization, should have a good knowledge:
Graphics industry, business trend, and technical evolution
Latest UI trends and techniques
High-level knowledge of SAP portfolio & technologies
Good knowledge of SAP’s offering with regard to emerging technologies

Qualitative Key Success Factors
· Implement world-class, design model which serve as a competitive differentiator in the sales cycle.
· Ensure high quality and high-performance delivery platform and defines operational rules and guidelines.
· Prepare quality documentation, potentially including videos, custom-built scenarios which can become part of a centralized reusable assets database.
· Facilitate reusability of demonstration scenarios, including an offline and/or video option. Accurately document each assets build.
· Showcase best-practice techniques and scenarios on all the type of scenarios.

Work Experience
Experience & Language Requirements
· 2-4 years of designer or similar role for development and delivery of Content preferably for software companies
· 1-2 years as presales/marketing experience with specialization on use of new media and digital channesl
Education
Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
Master equivalent: optiional
