PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

 

Following SAP Digital Business Services’ strategy, we have to become the strategic advisors of our customers, be the market maker for SAP’s innovations, deliver on our promises as well as be excellent in our financial performance. Premium Engagement (PE) offerings at our top customers will be of utmost importance for the success of Digital Business Services within the market. They combine all advantages of our capabilities.

 

In PE EMEA North, we organize ourselves as dedicated organization, in strong alignment with the professional services organization under the Digital Business Services roof. Herein, the market unit Netherlands is an important contributor with some of our biggest customers regionally.

 

Purpose of the Head of Premium Engagement Netherlands is to lead the Premium Engagement business entirely within this market unit. This comprises the future development of the organization, the responsibility for the assigned employees as well as the profit and loss accountability. Further responsibilities compromise customer satisfaction, employee engagement as well as the drive for innovation into our customers. Successful positioning and delivering the new service portfolio with the New MaxAttention will be of strategic importance.

 

For this role, we are looking for a leader taking over the overall responsibility for PE in Netherlands. The new Head of Premium Engagement Netherlands will report directly to the Head of PE EMEA North and is part of the Premium Engagement EMEA North Leadership Team.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Proven record as (senior) business manager, proven record of excellent performance
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • High Customer orientation including C-level security
  • Strong analytical skills and fluent in Dutch and English
  • Very good experience in transforming organizations
  • Strong team worker
  • Pragmatic and results focused
  • Solid business knowledge of industries, lines of business and platforms
  • Good knowledge about service organizations, IT systems and processes
  • Good knowledge about SAP service offerings, in particular Premium offerings
  • Leadership Experience in managing intercultural groups, people and/or organizations
  • Leadership Experience in leading virtual teams cross-boarder
  • Ideally holds master degree in related field (business administration, science, information technology)

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

The Head of Premium Engagement Netherlands

 

  • Runs the PE Netherlands organization as accountable leader
  • Holds the P&L accountability for the PE Business in Netherlands
  • Collaborates strongly with the colleagues on the Professional Service (PS) and PE Sales side
  • Manages stakeholder effectively, both internally and externally
  • Interacts strongly with customers and acts as management sponsor in dedicated accounts
  • Implements the PE EMEA (North) strategy in the Netherlands (Own PE, Deliver on Promise, Extend PE, Value for Value, Grow PE)
  • Develops PE Netherlands and transformation into a high-performance organization
  • Pushes the New MaxAttention into the Market Unit
  • Has the following Main Key Performance Indicators:
    • Tp and Bottom Line of the respective PE EMEA North P&L
    • Customer Satisfaction
    • Emplyee Engagement
    • Create transparency and predictability arund the PE business
    • Peple Management incl. managing managers
    • Driving forward innovation
