What you’ll do 

  • You will work closely with our clients and prospects in regards with our Professional Services offerings and to deploy our Signavio solutions (SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, SAP Signavio Process Governance)
  • You will provide basic consulting expertise and best practice knowledge around Business Process Management methods, process modelling, process analysis, workflow, etc.
  • In our client engagements, you will work closely with the SAP Signavio team on some of the following activities:
    • Support analysis of client’s requirements for their business process management initiatives and Signavio deployment
    • Setup SAP Signavio solution based on client requirements
    • Provide guidance and best practice knowledge to ensure successful SAP Signavio deployments and adoption
    • Support client’s process modelling and workflow initiatives and provide coaching, quality assurance and SAP Signavio training
  • Share knowledge and be an active team player to help the team meet company objectives
  • Deliver Training Sessions on BPMN and SAP Signavio solution for both Clients and Partners

 

What you bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Information Technology, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Analytical, facilitation and communication/presentation skills
  • Understanding of process management concepts, BPM technology/implementations, workflow would be a plus
  • Self-motivated, you show initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization
  • Team player by contributing, learning and sharing new knowledge and ideas
  • Experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager or other BPM software (e.g. ARIS, iGrafx, Adonis, BIC, etc.) would be a plus
