In the Customer Renewals Center, our people and our culture are central to our success! Customer Renewal Center team demonstrates skills and knowledge in the area of renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams. You will be continuously equipped for success as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles that are key to SAP’s growth. Position title: Customer Renewals Center - Early Career Talent

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Type of contract: Temporary

Duration: 6 months up to 24 months

 

Activities and Responsibilities

 

CRC Early Career Talent has overall responsibility for the daily management of several operational tasks, including data analysis, reports, system update, data cleaning, clean up data inconsistencies and ensure accurate values and contract dates and maintain through their life cycle, low touch renewal opportunity scrubbing tasks and support to CREs in the Region.

 

What you bring

 

Education:

 

  • Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Open to various educational backgrounds

 

Requirements and Experience:

 

  • Less than 2 years of professional experience 
  • Fluent in English. A third language Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
