What you'll do

 

  • You are responsible to create and drive the complete Solution Architecture target roadmap and its execution via existing value streams/Product teams
  • Delivering Integration Transition Planning along with Product Owners and Product Mangers
  • Delivering Architecture Transition Planning along with Enterprise- Solution- Architects
  • Execute Impact analysis of specific decisions and work with Product Management and Program
  • Management to address the needed plans
  • Work closely with Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architects and align on overall implementation approach
  • Present regularly - plans, results to stakeholders and partnering teams within Business and IT
  • Delivering Enablers for our Portfolio delivery therefore define viable transition planning and execution as well as transition of Operations, or creating new Operations engagements
  • Actively support the evolution of our scaled agile operating model, advocating people, end-user centricity and help building a high performing team
  • Drive continuous improvements on our processes
  • Encourage collaboration between teams to help ensure project and execution alignment while ensuring Rock Solid Operations
  • Create and drive the complete Application/Architecture target roadmap and its execution, according to scope and via existing value streams/Product teams

 

What you bring

 

  • 10+ Years of working experience/proven track record in similar or comparable role
  • Master or Diploma university degree Information Technology or similar
  • Very Good knowledge of IT scaled Lean-Agile Environments and ways of working
  • Very Good knowledge of Project Lifecycles and Software Delivery Principles
  • Experience in large scale, multi-year Programs/Projects
  • Footprint of leading implementation teams or large-scale projects
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills & Ability to analyze Data from all viewpoints
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Ability to connect and collaborate to deliver results
  • Ability to build strong Working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize, build consensus and coordinate
  • Ability to drive customer focus, customer success, business acumen and innovation
  • Good knowledge in Software Delivery Lifecycle Management, Release Management
  • Technical knowledge in various Frameworks like AIF, DRF, One Order, Lean Order, SOA Manager, BRF+ etc.,
  • Technical skills in ABAP, ABAP OO, BAPI, BADI, ABAP on HANA, Reports etc.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP Product Portfolio, Integration technologies but not limited to SAP (hands on Cloud Platform Integration and others) and state of the art monitoring approaches
  • Functional and Technical knowledge in multiple areas at least: S/4HANA, BRIM, S4 Finance, BTP, Cloud Integration, SAP CRM, SAP MDG…
  • Functional knowledge in various integration technologies (like Cloud Integration, Data Services), track record of large-scale integration projects
  • Proficient in creating technical architecture for SAP solutions / SAP system architectures
  • Good understanding of SAP Data Models in S/4HANA, CRM, MDG etc.,
  • Good knowledge in Data Migration between SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Business English is required, German is a plus
