We are looking for a  DevOps/Cloud Engineer to join the Hyperscaler Engineering team at SAP. This team is working with our internal lines of business building next-generation infrastructure, thus enabling the company transition to public cloud infrastructure. This is an exciting time for those who are looking to help with this transition.

What you’ll do

• Learn about hyperscaler environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud and ensure products run reliably and optimally in these environments.
• Develop, test, and maintain build systems, CI/CD frameworks, and deployment tools. Automate and streamline deployment processes.
• Collaboratively design new features and work closely with our engineering and operations team to build, integrate, test, and deploy your amazing innovations and algorithms into our production systems.

What you bring

• Knowledge in Cloud technologies and Cloud Services (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, AliCloud), with 2+ years experience
• Automation and scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
• Ability to work in a distributed organization of highly motivated and qualified individuals.
• A customer-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive working attitude, as well as desire to work in a fast-changing environment, acquiring and sharing knowledge and improving processes.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of working in an Agile environment

If you are an experienced Cloud Engineer with a passion for delivering innovative IT services and value-creation, a career at SAP may be right for you!
