Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Senior Consultant

Location: Newtown Square, PA

 

Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for managing strategic HR projects as part of the Acceleration Team in Global People Success Services.

 

Expectations and Tasks:

Orchestrate and lead complex HR projects and programs that could span organizational boundaries including multiple Lines of Business and/or regions, ensuring successful delivery. Ensure standardized project management through the adoption of best practices development and communication of lessons learned. Act as HR strategic partner to one Executive leader, working closely with different stakeholders on HR and across the organization, to ensure customer requirements are met and executed in an effective and sustainable manner. Support annual Go-to-Market planning for GPSS. Support resource budgeting and planning for GPSS. Drive cross projects to execution, translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete Program strategy and tactical plans. Serve as advisor/mentor to project managers for the quality of HR projects within the acceleration team and cross other GPSS functions. Serve as mentor/ advisor/ decision maker to project experts for program issues related to HR internal and external politics, HR client relations, project quality and project risks. Strive for internal org excellence, defines standards and leading-edge best practices in own area of expertise across the GPSS organization. Acts as a consultant and trusted advisor for internal clients to execute on strategic people and organizational related topics in areas of Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Management, Organization Development & Transformation Management. Drives people and organizational initiatives to support business transformation and cultural change. Builds a close, strong and valuable relationship with internal clients, gains deep knowledge about the business needs and supports internal clients in achieving their business goals. Engages with the community of regional/country HRBPs around the world. Partners with key stakeholders to define the needs, solutions and delivery model for the business.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

 

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 4 years in the following:

  • Drive global HR transformation projects;
  • HR organization including HR Business Partner and Service Delivery functions;
  • Lead strategic and global HR projects in the high-tech industry focused on design and regional delivery;
  • Design and interpret data sets for insights and impact using People Analytics;
  • Talent management, learning, leadership, organizational development; and
  • Enable and maintain stakeholder relationships across Lines of Business.

 

Experience must involve 2 years in the following:

  • Facilitate continuous HR process improvement to support business transformation;
  • Apply Design Thinking methodology; and
  • Resource planning and budgeting.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $97,152 - $165,352. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $110,400 to $187,900. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
