BUSINESS PROCESS PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT - FI/CO

KEY RESPORSIBILITIES AND TASKS

•        Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration across relevant Finance solutions, applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards including IFRS and local legal requirements in Accounting

•        Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience

•        Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4 while maintaining global scalability and consistency

•        Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients

•        Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes

•        Support pre-sales activities

•        Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies

•        Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a project lead or team lead for a service delivered

WORK EXPERIENCE

•        Minimum 6 years consulting experience in Finance

•        Has experience with minimum of 5 full cycle implementations (at least one in S4HANA)

•        Good understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)

•        Has performed workshops with C-levels from customer and lead a team

•        Takes responsibility as a project leader

•        Acts as a coach for colleagues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

•        University degree or equivalent work experience

•        Professional Trainings & Solution Certification

•        Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

•        Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise

•        Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes

•        English: Fluent
