The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1400 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. What you´ll do  
You will be responsible to: 

• Orchestrate e2e delivery process solutions, so called Hyperspace Paved Roads, and drive their continuous improvement.  
• Coordinate with development teams, service owners, operations, and compliance teams to ensure integrity of our offering with relevant stakeholders. 
• Define and manage the release process for our Hyperspace Paved Roads. 
• Ensure proper communication for the release process. 
• Advocate the Hyperspace Development Platform and the Hyperspace Paved Roads 

What you bring 

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification. 
• More than 5 years of experience in the field of software development, preferable in Cloud Native Technologies and/or Platform Engineering. 
• Proven experience in the field of SAP delivery solutions, CI/CD. 
• Experience working with compliance and quality standards. 
• Understanding of release management processes and best practices. 
• Systems thinking mindset. Practiced value stream identification and/or mapping.

You’ll be part of the Product and Solution Manager team of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) “Hyperspace” which is used by all SAP internal development teams (~30.000 people).  
Hyperspace is build using the Platform-as-a-Product approach and the team has the overall end-to-end responsibility for the platform.  
Our ambition is to modernize the inhouse development and delivery processes to delight SAP teams to develop better enterprise ready software.  

We are extending our current product management team in Germany by building a strong expert team in Sofia.
