What you’ll do

As SAP Cloud ALM is a leading product in adopting continuous delivery, there is a need to get the latest information to customers in a timely basis. Your job responsibilities might include:

• Design and develop internal applications by integrating with APIs for SAP Cloud ALM, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Gain hands-on experience with the low-code solution SAP Build, applying it to streamline the development process of internal applications.
• Engage in active collaboration with internal stakeholders, including product managers and developer.
• Contribute to the enhancement of APIs for SAP Cloud ALM, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write and update blog posts to share product information with relevant stakeholders.
• Create training content such as presentation and videos.
• Help in organizing rollout material and keep it up to date.

Location: Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot or Berlin

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
• Computer skills: High. Ideally first experience in development or strong interest in technologies
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is an advantage
• Soft skills: Teamwork, problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, organizational skills, independence, attention to detail.

SAP Customer Experience & Solutions (CXS) an engineering unit within SAP’s board area Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D).
Our expertise is centered on developing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions for cloud and hybrid environments, as well as for artificial intelligence use cases.

We are actively engaged in fostering innovation, providing exceptional customer support, enhancing customer experiences, and advancing engineering practices.

Our team maintains a close-knit collaboration with external customers, community members, partners, and internal colleagues from various departments, such as development, on a global scale.

Moreover, we place a strong emphasis on our operational approach, adhering to agile methodologies, cultivating a cloud-first mindset, embracing diverse team structures, implementing design thinking principles, and investing in the continuous education and development of our teams.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
