What you’ll do
As Information Security Compliance Specialist (f/m/d) you will be responsible for any regulatory demand implementation regarding to IT Security including audits and certification support through alignment with the internal control framework, common industry standards, legal standards and best practices, reporting to the Business Information Security Officer.

The main responsibilities will be:

  • As a part of our CPIT Security team, you ensure that one wheel meshes with the other when it comes to the security processes and security services based on the NIST Cybersecurity framework.
  • You support security audits and certification demands when needed.
  • Additionally, you support coordinating follow-up activities with process and service owners to ensure corrective and preventive actions from audits are properly resolved. 
  • Support in reaching certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301) 
  • Support regarding Compliance requests (e.g., internal Projects, M&A activities)
  • Support cross projects in cooperation with other teams.
  • Willingness to support new projects.
  • You should be able to learn fast, adapt and operate accordingly in a large dynamic environment. 
  • We are looking for analytical, critical thinking, solution orientated problem solvers. 


What you bring

  • You have a bachelor´s or master´s degree in computer science, information systems management or related fields.
  • A proactive mindset.
  • Self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude to enhance IT security compliance.
  • Complex thinking, strong analytical skills, and creativity in solving problems required.
  • Service oriented, open, and flexible personality.
  • Friendliness and a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues, willingness to help.
  • Ability to handle and manage many disjunctive tasks and activities.
  • Strong organizational abilities, and a team player attitude are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 0-3 years of professional work experience.
  • English and German proficiency.
