About the team:

Almost everyone is familiar with the problem of empty shelves and product supply bottlenecks from their private lives. That is why the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) business area is so important for our customers, SAP, and society. Our team specializes in the sale of cloud-based software solutions to optimize supply chains for our customers in Middle and Eastern Europe. The portfolio includes solutions for the entire value chain from Design (e.g., SAP Enterprise Product Design), Planning (e.g., SAP Integrated Business Planning), Manufacturing (e.g., SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud), Delivery (e.g., SAP Extended Warehouse Management) to Plant Operation (e.g., SAP Field Service Management). The sustainability aspect of the supply chain is thereby becoming more and more important.

What you’ll do:

Position title:  SAP Digital Supply Chain iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Business Development

Work Area: Sales

Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the Business development team in the operational business in Middle and Eastern Europe
• Give organizational and content-related support in the preparation of events
• Statistically analyze event data
• Create campaigns and segment prospect customers using Sales-Automation tools
• Create social media posts and maintain LinkedIn channels
• Support in the collaboration with Partners
• Get to know the Digital Supply Chain product portfolio

Who you are:

• You are currently enrolled in your undergraduate or graduate studies
• You have strong organizational and analytical skills
• You enjoy contributing to tasks and projects with your creativity
• You can familiarize yourself quickly with new tools and applications.
• You work independently and are willing to take the initiative
• You are a team player and good communicator
• You are interested in the field of production and development
• Preferably you have some first practical experience in Analytics, Marketing or Communication
• Fluent in German and English

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
