What you`ll do 
We are looking for a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team of experienced professionals. 
Your tasks will be all around the reliable delivery of our SAP internal GitHub Enterprise systems, focusing on running, scaling, automating, and serving the needs of the 40k+ users. In addition, you will develop required functionality to smoothly integrate GitHub into our internal development platform and related processes.
Services we are offering as part of our SAP internal development platform must be highly reliable, scalable, and secure. We are leveraging Hyperscalers like GCP and state of the art technologies like Kubernetes/Containers.  
Lastly you will assure compliance of our service offering, meeting highest industry standards (e.g. security requirements).
 

What you bring 

• Good Scripting/Programming skills (e.g. Python, Golang)
• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code / automation (e.g. terraform, ansible)
• Knowledgeable in cloud technologies and practical experience using Hyperscalers like GCP 
• Team player attitude and quality mindset
• Strong customer orientation with special focus on end users and service reliability
• Good communication skills in English and German required
• Knowledgeable in Security Hardening requirements and computer networking
• 6+ years professional experience as developer / DevOps engineer
   

Knowledge of CI/CD principles, and agile software development methodologies is a plus, while flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks is essential
