What you'll do

 

You will be part of the „BTP Core Compliance Services” team, which is contributing to development of data privacy services and Audit Log  BTP Core. As a working student (f/m/d), you will support our team in working in one concrete Project to develop Compliance Service:

 

  • pages with process information
  • Working as a team member in development project
  • Contribute and learn about Security, Data Privacy
  • Maintain documentation and the team internal knowledge base
  • Work on POC for Compliance topics
  • Support Security Initiatives of BTP Core
  • Maintain Wiki

 

What you bring

 

We are looking for someone that takes initiative, stays curious and open minded.

 

Position requirements:

  • Understanding software applications and Software development lifecycle
  • Programming skills and experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java
  • Programming skills in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML)
  • Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written
  • Desire to learn, discuss and interact with other team members
  • Fluent in English
  • B2 Level in German language

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experiences with Node.js
  • Java framework (String Boot) experience
  • Experiences with Databases
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Git

 

Education requirements:

  • Currently studying or have recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Information Systems or similar.

 

Meet your team

 

Our team collaborates with teams based in Portugal, Bulgaria and India. Together, we work and discuss various architecture concepts. We support in the development of software components. Our primary development framework is SpringBoot. Additionally, we create web UI applications to showcase specific functionalities of our software.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages. This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their career.
