Meet your team

As a diverse and innovative team within the Corporate Controlling organization at SAP, the CoE Workforce Analytics & Insights team is the first point of contact with regards to all steering-relevant processes and subjects related to the internal and external workforce at SAP. The team is responsible for all personnel-related planning and forecasting processes and analyses workforce trends and cost developments which are then reported to the CFO and the executive board. Moreover, we use Business AI models to automate and provide anticipatory information which are used to predict personnel expenses. In close collaboration with the entire Controlling organization, we make this data available as planning assumptions and thus set standards with regards to budgeting and forecasting.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
