What you'll do

In this role, you will support SAP I&CX User Experience Design & User Assistance in day-to-day activities. 

Your tasks include:

• Supporting designers, managers and developers in various UX related projects
• Preparing slides and other materials for cross-organizational projects and topics
• Collaborating with team members and different departments
• Assisting UX Designers with their day-to-day tasks in product design

What you bring

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and well-structured talent with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude. 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Art or Design Studies, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design/Engineering or similar
• Preferred computer skills: Figma, Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, other design tools is a plus
• Language skills: fluent English (written and spoken), knowledge of German is a plus
• Soft skills: proactiveness and independent working style, ability to work in a diverse and global team,creativity, focus on results
• Good understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles

The SAP CX UX team defines the face of SAP CX Solutions. The team creates UX that becomes a reference for delightful, human-centric experiences to simplify business processes. 

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
