What does #WomenWhoRock mean to SAP?

Strong, powerful, creative women.
Women who want to help the world run better
and improve people’s lives.

Our Women

“Power” means different things to different people – whether that’s at work, in sports, or at home.
We asked the women at SAP to strike a “power pose” and send us their photos.

"Now that I have my passion as my profession, serving as North America's Diversity & Inclusion Lead, I rock it like I rocked 60 miles in 3 days walking to find a cure for breast cancer!"

Margot Goodson
North America Diversity & Inclusion Lead

"We feel strongly that our power comes from those we serve so couldn’t imagine sharing that without including them in the photo. Because we don’t rock without the band. They are the rock stars and we are their roadies and promoters."

Kirsten Sutton
Managing Director of SAP Labs Canada

"As a working parent I find SAP the perfect place to be able to rock both my work and life!"

Hui Ping Tan
Talent Acquisition PMO, Singapore

"I don’t limit my goals, I rather challenge them. And whether I run, walk or have to crawl, I know one day I will achieve them all."

Estzer Csapo
Chief of Staff, Office of the COO EMEA North

"Knowing when to speak up and how to foster a strong voice in others is how we can all elevate together."

Tatiana Arthur
Solution Engineer, SuccessFactors

"You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside. Be mindful."

Mahuya Paul
Senior User Assistance Developer

Leading by example

The high tech industry is known for its male-dominated workforce – but SAP has been working hard to counter this trend. Gender equality is an important part of our mission – and we’re committed to having at least 28% women in leadership by 2020 and 30 percent in 2022.
