SAP’s Cloud Success Services’ organization delivers a variety of services to support our customers in their digital transformation to become an intelligent enterprise. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software. The Business Transformation Services (BTS) team consists out of highly skilled billable consultants who are driving the digitalization agenda of our customers through advising and supporting the implementation of solutions. Value generation, business process thinking, and change management are in BTS’s DNA. As a Value Architect you are responsible for helping clients articulate the business value of SAP implementations and projects. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen and experience with implementation SAP solutions , as well as excellent communication and consulting skills. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, technology architecture, project management, and financial analysis.
  
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

• Work with clients to understand their business goals and develop a strategy for achieving those goals through technology projects
• Develop business cases and financial models to articulate the expected benefits of technology projects, including cost savings, revenue growth, and other strategic benefits
• Work with project teams to monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize business value
• Develop and implement value management frameworks and methodologies to ensure that technology investments are aligned with business goals and generate value over time
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and project teams on value management best practices and tools
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in value management and technology project management
• Proactively find opportunities, pitching on C-level and support sales trajectories. Influences SAP’s customers to maximize their investment into SAP solutions and effectively increasing cloud adoption.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field
• 6+ years of experience in technology consulting or technology project management
• Proven track record of working with/implementing SAP solutions  
• Proven track record of successfully articulating business value from technology projects
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with experience developing business cases and financial models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients and project teams (in English;  Dutch is preferred)
• Experience developing and implementing value management frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Current knowledge of technology trends and their impact on business strategies 
• A collaborative networker to build an external and internal network, who does not shy away from a complex matrix organization or challenging client engagements

LOCATION: This role is based in the Netherlands and we are not able to process candidates who will require relocation.
