Intern - Business Processes Associate Consultant

We help the world run better

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

What You'll Do

As a Value Measurement Intern for the "SAP Ariba Preferred Success Expanded Edition" (PSEE), you will play a critical role in designing and implementing frameworks to measure the success of our customer-focused services. Your main responsibilities include defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track the effectiveness of our solutions and ensuring these metrics align with both organizational goals and customer expectations. You will develop a robust methodology for collecting, analyzing, and validating data, transforming raw information into actionable insights.

A significant part of your work will involve designing an intuitive dashboard using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. This dashboard will showcase your analytical insights through clear and impactful visualizations, ensuring stakeholders can easily interpret the results. Additionally, you will present your findings to both internal teams and customers, tailoring your communication to suit diverse audiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and the ISBN Adoption Service Center, you will help shape how we measure and demonstrate value, making a lasting impact on our service delivery.

What You Bring

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Bachelor’s student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. To succeed in this role, you should have a foundational understanding of KPI development and performance measurement concepts, as well as familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail will be essential as you work on complex data challenges and deliver high-quality outputs.

Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, is critical, as you will collaborate with internal teams and present your findings to stakeholders. An eagerness to learn, paired with creativity and a proactive approach to feedback, will set you apart. If you’re passionate about data analysis and excited about making a tangible impact, we encourage you to apply and become part of a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Meet Your Team

You will join the ISBN Adoption Service Center EMEA-MEE team, a dynamic group of professionals committed to driving customer success through proactive partnerships. Our team focuses on the delivery and accelerating the adoption of Intelligent Spend & Business Network (ISBN) solutions by providing services such as deployments, solution health checks, personalized advisory sessions, release guidance, and robust service-level agreements.

Throughout your internship, you will be reporting to the Vice President, Head of Services, Intelligent Spend and Business Network, EMEA-MEE and mentored by a seasoned Customer Engagement Principal, who will guide your learning journey and support your professional development. You’ll gain exposure to real-world business scenarios, learning how to integrate diverse data sources, design actionable KPIs, and communicate findings effectively. Working in a collaborative and innovative environment, you’ll develop key technical, analytical, and strategic skills while making meaningful contributions to our mission of delivering measurable value to customers.
