LocationWhile the position is currently based in NL - due to the regional scope of the role this is a location agnostic posting. Preferred locations are throughout all EMEA (with a preference to hire in Southern Europe such as Spain, Portugal, Italy). Relocation however is not supported due to budget constraints.
 
We're on the quest for a vibrant and visionary Regional People & Culture Business (P&C) HR Partner for our Customer Success (Sales) Board Area in EMEA. In this exciting role, you'll be the heartbeat of our team, bringing together unwavering support and strategic brilliance to uplift our executives and leadership teams.
 
What you'll do
 
The People & Culture Business Partner for EMEA in the Customer Success Board Area will consult and work directly with different stakeholders EMEA as well as in HR to ensure customer requirements are met and executed in an effective and sustainable manner.
Within the larger team of the People & Culture Organization this role will help to build resilient organizations to grow people, spark innovation and deliver customer success by architecting experiences, growing business sustainably and creating an environment of trust.
 
The HRBP will partner with our CS EMEA executives to define and implement a Strategic Talent Plan, that supports our business to achieve their vision and purpose in a people-centric way through main portfolio items:
 
  • Talent & Workforce Insights
  • Transformation Management
  • Team & Organizational Development
  • Operational Excellence
 
This includes, but is not limited to:

 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to consult on strategic organizational design, orchestrating activities through the implementation of business transformations and reorganizations
  • Partner with the business and drive the design of change management plan
  • Provide with insights on talent organizational health and provide with recommendations and action plans to mitigate pain points
  • Provide thought-leadership and contribute to enhancement of talent management and leadership capabilities
  • Drive Talent Development for the organization via global programs and processes
  • Advise the business on Skill gap analysis in partnership with Learning
  • Act as sparring partner for strategic People Topics i.e. Workforce Planning, Location Strategy, others
  • Key influencer in delivering and scaling solutions, by effectively engaging and leveraging a community of P & C colleagues around the world
  • Manage implementation of HR processes and employee lifecycle events (#unfiltered, Goal Planning, ACR)
  
What you bring:

 
  • At least 8 years overall work experience, thereof min. 5 years in the HR area
  • Ability to define and deliver the company’s people agenda across multiple locations & cultures
  • Ability to think strategically, lead a transformation, and advise on change management
  • Client-focused. Focus on driving innovative, simple, pragmatic solutions to ensure customer success
  • Skills to influence and negotiate with executive level stakeholders
  • Experience in workforce management and skill assessments is an asset
  • Outstanding consulting and coaching skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Fluent in English
