What you’ll build
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Delivery Partner (f/m/d) to act as the trusted customer-success partner for strategic accounts, and to lead end-to-end delivery across all lines of service. This senior, client-facing role is accountable for adoption, consumption, commercial targets, delivery quality, governance, executive stakeholder management and long-term customer success. You will manage multiple complex, high-impact programs, represent the company externally, and drive solution adoption and growth across the account.
Key responsibilities:
- Own customer success and commercial results for assigned accounts: Meet services revenue and contribution targets, monitor achievement and manage profitability.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across project, support and optimization phases; ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards. Ensure that service plans are delivered to high quality with clear business outcomes.
- Act as the senior escalation point; resolve high-profile risks, issues and contractual questions.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders (LOB and IT) and strategic partners; represent the company externally.
- Define and manage the strategic development and direction of the customer relationship, anticipating and integrating client business goals and financial objectives.
- Drive cloud and other strategic solution adoption; identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Act as an AI and Innovation delivery lead, representing SAP in co ordinating and leading all AI workstreams, aligning business AI with customer’s innovation roadmap and integrating AI into Outcome Success Plans and balanced scorecard governance reviews.
- Establish and govern delivery frameworks, reporting, KPIs and transparency into customer status for Services and market-unit management.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner, Sales, Service Partners, Project Managers, Technical Quality Managers and other embedded stakeholders on proposals, bids and account planning.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, governance processes and partner/vendor relationships.
- Mentor and lead engagement teams; provide thought leadership and promote best practices across delivery.

- Multiple high-impact programs delivered with measurable customer satisfaction and financial performance.
- Strong, long-term executive relationships and high renewal/expansion rates.
- Clear governance and transparency across the account with effective risk mitigation.
- Demonstrable adoption of strategic solutions (e.g., cloud) and increased footprint within the customer.
What you bring
Required experience & qualifications:
- Deep, demonstrable experience in project/program delivery and account leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry would be a plus.
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects or programs that are high in volume/impact and/or risk.
- Strong commercial acumen, with responsibility for revenue targets, budgeting and profitability.
- Experience driving cross- and upsell opportunities and working closely with Sales and Services organizations.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Recognized project/quality certifications expected (PMI, PRINCE2, Six Sigma — Master Black Belt preferred where applicable) or equivalent experience.
- Strong architectural and technical understanding relevant to the account’s solutions; able to recommend strategic technical direction to top executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and to operate as the operational link between strategy and business results.
