Data Analyst and AI Automation Manager, highly experienced individual contributor who excels at transforming data into strategic impact with the ability to independently drive complex analytical and automation initiatives. Partner with teams across the company to deliver insights, build scalable data solutions, and lead end-to-end projects that shape business decisions. Passionate about analytics, automation and AI to elevate operational excellence.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and GTM/Ops to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic and operational goals.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL to identify trends, optimize KPIs, and uncover opportunities for business improvement.
  • Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows (OpenAI GPT, n8n) to convert unstructured data into actionable insights and streamline processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards in Tableau for real-time decision support across teams.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across the customer lifecycle—including churn, acquisition, and engagement—leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and proactively initiating new analytical and automation initiatives.


Skills and Competencies:

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with ETL/ELT workflows.
  • Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau).
  • Experience building automation workflows or AI-powered solutions (e.g., GPT, n8n).
  • Ability to independently manage projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to convert data into clear recommendations.
