Purpose and Objective:  
Concur Technologies, Inc. seeks a Developer at our Allen, TX location responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, and quality assurance of specific SAP product features in a development team.


Expectations and Tasks: 
Analyze and solve issues in existing and new code. Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency. Work closely together with other team members to ensure team success. Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team. Provides application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation, testing and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Extends, modifies or adapts existing designs but may also be involved in the development of new (sub-)systems. Acting as Scrum Master in the LEAN context, responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. Serves as 'servant-leader' for the Product Owner and the Development Team. Facilitates Scrum Events on request or as required. Coaches the Development Team in self-organization. Removes impediments to the Development Team's progress.


Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: 
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. 

Work Experience: 

Position requires prior experience, internship, or academic course work to include each of the following:

•    Programming languages including Java;
•    DevOps utilizing AWS;
•    Spring Boot;
•    SQL and NOSQL Databases;
•    Design, develop, and implement REST API;
•    Git VCS;
•    Design, implement, and execute test plans including unit, functional, regression, system, and integration;
•    Test Automation using Junit; and
•    IntelliJ and Postman.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $101,192 - $124,920. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $101,192 - $138,800. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
