The Fieldglass Solution Advisory Team are subject matter experts in External Workforce programs.  The Solution Advisory role is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of Fieldglass solutions and services. Serve as domain experts and spokesperson(s) for designated solution or product segment. Primarily responsible for pipeline growth, deal support, market development, development of content for solution- based training as well as  references for additional market penetration.

 

The Fieldglass Solution Partner Advisor - Senior has thorough understanding of the Fieldglass ecosystem partners and how they operate with the Fiedglas solution, the features and functionalities, business impact and value proposition.  Provide support to ensure Partners are ready and capable to do business with SAP Fieldglass.  Is responsible for readying partner to do business with Fieldglass, build pipeline with Fieldglass and ensure timely and efficient connection with the SAP organisation.  Responsible for identification and implementation of Fieldglass pipeline build strategies and scale initiatives resulting in increased pipeline, revenue, and elevation of SAP's leadership position in an industry segment for both Software and Cloud environments cross- industry and customer segment.  Understand our competitive advantage for customers and prospects.  Execute scalable program/ activities in focused Fieldglass segments. Externally & internally recognized senior on complex solution/LoB business matters. In addition, provides focused, senior, strategic support to sales and the VAT during the 'evaluate and select' phases of the lifecycle, extending the solution expertise of the team, where needed.

 

The main areas of responsibility are:

1: Ensure Partners are equipt and ready to do business with SAP Fieldglass, including Due Diligence, Contracting Frameworks, Enablement, Certification, awareness of SAP strategy for solution positioning (including but not limited to Clean Core) and ongoing Governance.  Establish KPI objectives with Partners to measure success.  Interact with other memebers of the VAT (PSM’s for example) to ensure a consistent approach is followed and synergies are identified and taken advantage of.

2: Understand the commercial drivers for Partners and ensure these drivers are reflected in a GTM plans for Fielglass; contribute and validate high-quality business plans which clearly articulate the Fieldglass strategy, GTM activities and key execution steps.  Interact with other memebers of the VAT (Presales, IVE, CCO) to ensure a consistent approach is followed and synergies are identified and taken advantage of.

 

3: Construct and implement targeted Fieldglass demand generation plans based for each Partner.  Help develop comprehensive strategies to engage partners in areas such as business development, packaged solution development and solution cross-selling.  Lead the execution of ground work to make demand generation activities success.  Set clear objectives to measure success for each demand generation activity.

 

4: Work with SAP Sales team to provide qualified leads from demand generation activities

 

Experience :

Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated expertise of Fieldglass (e.g. through Solution Management, Partner Management, Consulting or Business Development roles).  SAP product experience and/or 5-8 years prior relevant External Workforce experience.  Working knowledge of Cloud in the B2B environment.  Working knowledge of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks.    Viewed as Fieldglass expert across SAP, capable of leveraging an extensive network on behalf of SAP resulting in pipeline and revenue growth.  Proven track record of success in the selected External Workforce area. Customer facing experience. Fluency in English, any other language an asset.  Fluency in the language of local markets desirable.

Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred

 

 

Candidate(s) will be required to work 3 days a week in office/client site as per our Pledge to Flex return to office policy

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 132000 - 281400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
