What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Business Analytics & Project Management

Location: Alpharetta, GA / Hybrid

Expected start date: April 2025 (12 month contract) (40 hours/week/Summer, ~20 hours/week/school year)

 

  • Conduct business analysis to support the Digital Hub revenue operations team, including global digital practice and regional digital business operations.
  • Provide data, share insights, propose actions, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Support design and content for Digital Hub updates, monitor the service desk, and assist with performance management reporting and documentation.
  • Support the integrated rollout and enablement of the digital hub performance management dashboards and ensure adoption.
  • Maintain the territory management and opportunity assignment process to ensure data quality and consistency and implement corrections in the customer and opportunity management platforms.
  • Gain experience in project management, sales development operations, business analytics, and collaborate with the Head of Digital Hub Operations to align efforts with team objectives.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SAP SAC to identify and analyze potential data quality inconsistencies in customer and opportunity data

 

What you Bring

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
  • Fluency in English language is required with university experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams and knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally, both in writing and Teams (virtual) calls
  • Analytical skills: Analyze, structure, consolidate and visualize customer, opportunity data.

 

Meet your team:

  • The Global Digital Hub Operations team, part of Global Corporate Segment Operations, strives for enhanced operational excellence within the Digital Hub
  • The team supports the CS Global Digital Hub practice in the governance and the maturity of DH roles and services, for both SDE and Advisory operations
  • Also, the team supports the CS Regional Digital Hub leaders with a set of standardised services, including delivering business insights, ensure adherence to the Rhythm of the Business standards in Digital Hubs, and act as trusted advisors.
  • Our focus areas for 2025 include:
    • Providing thought leadership and supporting transformation as a trusted advisor; leveraging the standardized CS Rhythm of the Business
    • Supporting the Digital Hub transformation roadmap with the execution of the Digital Hub GTM, enhancing business performance and productivity.
    • Rolling out and enabling on Digital Hub dashboards, promoting adoption through knowledge, documentation, community outreach, and best practice sharing.
    • Collaborating with Business Operations Analytics to integrate reporting into SAC.
    • Establishing a Digital Hub operations service desk to provide centralized support to SDE and advisory operations in regional Digital Hubs.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 an hour USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
