Senior Solution Sales Executive – Netherlands

What you’ll do

You will help customers transform how they engage, sell, and serve using SAP Customer Experience solutions. Your impact will include:

  • Owning the Customer Experience strategy for key accounts, aligning customer goals to clear transformation roadmaps.
  • Leading end‑to‑end value discovery, shaping compelling solution proposals grounded in measurable business outcomes.
  • Generating and progressing pipeline across Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Customer Data and CPQ.
  • Driving innovation and AI adoption by introducing new capabilities early and influencing customer direction.
  • Building strong C‑suite and partner relationships to accelerate decision‑making and expand SAP’s footprint.

What you bring

  • 8+ years selling enterprise software or cloud solutions with a strong record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder SaaS sales cycles and engaging C‑level leaders.
  • Strong value‑selling skills, including the ability to map business drivers and build quantified ROI cases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities in a matrixed environment.
  • Native Dutch and fluent English; degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.

Meet your team

You will collaborate closely with regional sales leadership, account teams and partners to grow SAP’s Customer Experience presence across the Netherlands. This hybrid role is based in ’s‑Hertogenbosch, with limited travel.
