Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-life cycle recruiting for Sales & Marketing roles in North America.
  • Partner with hiring leaders & managers to establish service level agreement, understand position requirements and determine how to source, select and hire top talent for their needs. 
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and ensure that the result is a “win-win”.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be able to source their own candidates through cold calling, direct sourcing, networking and other methods to attract top talent.
  • Ability to screen and assesses candidates against specific position requirements.
  • Ensures candidates who are presented to hiring managers meet the role requirements.
  • Maintain candidate activity in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close candidates. 


Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience 
  • Minimum of 8 years full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced, high performing environment.
  • Prior experience supporting Field Sales and Marketing roles is strongly preferred. 
  • Hands on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Ability to pass a background check.

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible to support the hiring needs for SAP Ariba while ensuring that recruiting practices are in compliance with hiring guidelines. The successful recruiter will be passionate about making the candidate experience world class while ensuring hiring managers hire only the best talent for their organization.
