What you’ll do

 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Adoption, Insights & Services

 

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

Expected Start Date: April 2025

 

Contract Duration: 6 months

 

Work Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week

 

As an intern at Adoption Insights & Service, you'll play a key role in helping our internal/external customers maximize value through our Premium Adoption and Insight Services.

 

In your work, you'll analyze customer contracts, prepare customized audit documentation, and develop targeted analytics that drive business decisions. You'll also help evolve our service offerings by testing new metering capabilities and enhancing our suite of adoption and insight tools.

 

This position offers hands-on experience in both customer services and internal product development, making it ideal for someone interested in analytics, customer success, and technical experience.

What you bring

Education: Information Technology, Business Informatics or related fields

 

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

 

Technical Skills

  • Basic programming knowledge (advantageous)
  • Fundamental understanding of SAP (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Language Skills

  • Outstanding written and spoken English proficiency
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus

The Global Adoption & Experience CoE (GA&X) team, part of the Product Experience Organization is responsible for the consistent adoption approach across the entire SAP Product Portfolio and is equipped with end-to-end accountability for customer adoption and product experience.


We ensure data readiness, coverage, and quality to enhance products and the customer value journey with actionable, data-driven insights and services. By standardizing architecture, taxonomy, and product standards, we empower Product Success and Customer Success while accelerating adoption execution. Through strategic, end-to-end accountability across functions and board areas, we enable business operations and decision-making with tailored insights, adoption services, and intelligent recommendations. Grounded in the belief that Adoption & Experience is a team sport, we foster a culture of adoption within SAP and beyond.
 

The Adoption Insights & Services (AIS) team, nestled within the Global Adoption & Experience Center of Excellence (GA&X), is pivotal in generating insightful adoption metrics through service engagements. Within the GA&X organization, the AIS team specializes in facilitating value-oriented service engagements with a focus on strategic customers.


AlS exposes a range of data, tools, and services that help customers stay compliant and optimize their software usage. We provide actionable insights and comprehensive usage data that deliver opportunities for growth and create unparalleled added value through tailored recommendations and data-driven differentiating features. We ensure that SAP's products, services, and solutions are effectively adopted by customers and users, driving success, and maximizing value.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
