Summary
As a Business Process Principal Consultant, He/She will be part of our teams that is involved in helping our HXM Customers worldwide in their Digital Transformation journey using our Remote based services. 

 

The Role

  • Application specific expert consulting leveraging agile methodology (for a specific application: creation of Design documents/workbooks, Configuration workbooks, delivering configurations /guiding the team, Test & Data migration strategy, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
  • Help in deescalating projects wherever applicable
  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
  • Support of pre-sales activities (license and consulting)
  • Identifying and applying Integrated Service Delivery options
  • Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team lead
  • Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development & business development tasks
  • Lead Innovation/Automation ideation & builds and other strategic initiatives
  • Flexibility to travel as the need be for customer meetings/workshops/support


Role Requirements

  • Human Experience Management Solution Expert/Architect with 18+ years of experience of working across HR Business Processes with expertise in SAP solutions including HCM, SuccessFactors, Experience Management & related technologies
  • Should have at least 10+ end-to-end implementations with experience in leading the HXM projects
  • Deep Knowledge of HXM business processes & SAP Solutions – HCM & SuccessFactors
  • Proven experience of handling integrations with other modules  and applications.
  • Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to the customers
  • Minimum educational requirement – Graduation from a reputed institute
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
  • SAP Certification (Professional level) in SAP HXM solution areas strongly recommended
  • Expertise in Human Resources Business Processes & functions as end user would be added advantage
  • University degree preferably MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Success Factors modules certification
