PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Within the SAP Customer Experience Success and Services Business Unit, Cloud Adoption Services play a crucial role to proactively drive and safeguard implementations for success and continuous adoption. Whether it is safeguarding strategic customers and lighthouse projects, sharing best practices, introducing new solutions or enabling the eco-system, the key goal is to drive customer success with adoption and customer satisfaction, leading to references and cloud license renewal.
As technology consultant, you deliver your technical expertise and experience in all phases of the product and customer engagement life cycle – from contract closure through implementation, go-live, continuous operation, renewal or expansion of C/4HANA solutions.
Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, you are always on the cutting edge of the latest technology and features in the SAP Customer Experience portfolio with focus on SAP Sales and Service Cloud. This presents an ideal opportunity to always be current with the very latest SAP has to offer.
As a member of this team you will advise and guide our customers and partners, identify technology trends and customer needs to help the solution & product management with the product development. In addition, you will share your experience with the internal as well as external consulting community to guarantee customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Advise customers, partners and colleagues on functions, features, integration scenarios and recommended practices in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud including Coresystems
    Advise customers, partners and colleagues in technical topics like integration using SAP Cloud Platform & Process Integration, performance analysis, data migration, analytics, Adobe Lifecycle Designer & telephony/groupware integration etc.
    Support service delivery managers on complex customer requests and align on best approach, scope, timeline and effort
    Support of critical customer situations and escalations with the focus on sophisticated product and implementation challenges
    Deliver individually tailored and predefined expert services to customers, partners and internal stake holders
    Solve high-sophisticated challenges, assess concepts and systems by finding scalable and future proven solution approaches in standard, with workarounds or custom developments 
    Architect appropriate solution strategies through the analysis and understanding of business requirements
    Enablement and knowledge transfer of recommended practices to internal and external parties with the goal of growing the ecosystem
    Communicate and advice customers and partners on eye-level and across complex projects organizations, hierarchy levels and cultures
    Develop and maintain a deep expert knowledge in all technical areas of SAP Sales and Service Cloud along with new emerging technologies and additions to the SAP solution portfolio
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
    University degree in computer science or equivalent technical degree
    6+ years of work experience in SAP environment
    6+ years project / customer / consulting experience
    Deep understanding of capabilities of SAP Cloud for Customer
    Knowledge on Field Service Management Processes like Quote and Service Contracts, Omni-Channel Customer Service, Planning and Resource Scheduling, Field Service Execution, Finance and Logistics
    Understanding of different C/4HANA integration technologies like SAP Cloud Platform & Process Integration
    Knowledge on IDoc/ALE and Web Service technologies like SOAP, REST & OData
    Proven capabilities in Performance Analysis of different SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud scenarios
    Knowledge of Coresystems and SAP ECC CS is a plus
    Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    Technical Inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Motivated self-starter who can operate with little oversight and guidance
    Customer goal and solution oriented
    Get-It-Done / Can-Do attitude
    Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels, in cross-cultural and global teams with a proven track record of customer success & satisfaction
    Although most of our services are conducted remotely, some as-needed travel is required (0-20%)
