Key Responsibilities & Tasks

 

Responsible for the deployment and/or the ongoing support of cloud-based products and solutions. This will include support of internal customers and bank vendors during initial and throughout the life cycle of the Credit Card Feed Integration.

Core Tasks may include
> Active role in validating the requirements gathered for the implementation and/or activation of SAP Concur Supported Credit Card Feed
> Understand best practice configurations and provide recommendations for CC Feed Integrations
> Manage projects, cases, and/or other units of work as required
> Provides on-going support of Credit Card Integration and Bank Vendors
> Maintain awareness of customer business processes that may impact SAP Concur configuration requirements surrounding Credit Card Integrations
> Maintain proper storage of all documents received

Customer Functional Enablement

Responsible for the systematic deployment and/or the ongoing support of cloud based products and solutions.

Core Tasks may include:

 

  • Refer technical process questions/inquires to appropriate Subject Matter Experts (Product Marketing, Development, Implementation).
  • Communicate weekly bank update correspondence to the assigned Implementation team member.
  • Maintain proper storage of all documents received.
  • Timely reply of the daily forms received for validation to point of origin. 
  • Weekly retrieval of filed mandate forms on file for previous weeks system updates, requesting client completion if not found with follow-up until received for compliance of process guidelines.
  • Navigate systems needed to perform above duties:  Web Browser, internal storage of documents in a network share, Outlook email template for client communications, Internal systems account lookup – HMC or Salesforce.
  • Perform general issue resolution
