Job Title: SAP Concur: CTE Consultant - SMB Service Delivery

Summary
As a Coach for the SAP Concur Configuration Solutions team, you will serve as a functional consultant and subject matter expert on configuration modules pertaining to SAP Concur Travel and Expense. In this role, you will collaborate directly with SAP Concur clients, undertaking both functional and technical responsibilities to support Concur products.


Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze and manage client configuration requirements.
Follow Configuration Solutions procedures and best practices for configuration tasks.
Provide scoping and execution for consulting engagements with customers.
Coordinate configuration tasks with internal resources, clients, and strategic partners.
Configure SAP Concur products for client use.
Manage consulting session meetings and communicate next steps to customers.
Ensure configuration tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Manage schedules, meet milestones, and ensure deliverable completion.
Maintain accurate, high-quality, and timely documentation of all activities.


Skills & Requirements
Experience of 5+ years in Consulting, Project Management, Implementation, or related field with client service experience.
Preferably one or more years in Technical Support, Implementation or pre-sales role interfacing with customers.
Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience with SAP Concur or similar product suite.
Preferred experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Familiarity with financial concepts and systems is advantageous.
Ability to pass a background check.

WORKING HOURS:
40 hours per week will typically be necessary to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness
Permanent - 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM Shift (IST hours - Supporting North America Customers)
Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet client obligations
