Meet your team:

Be part of the Service Delivery Team for SAP Concur Compleat.  Compleat is the industry’s most robust, customizable, and efficient travel fulfillment automation system used by Travel Management Companies, Corporate Travel Departments, and Online Fulfillment Companies.  Engineered for Global Travel Management, Compleat can be used to implement hundreds of intelligent processes. 

 

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be a technical resource and subject matter expert on Compleat automation.  You will independently fulfill functional, technical, and project management roles in support of Compleat.  As a solution provider, you will be expected to demonstrate strong collaboration skills with both team members and customers, to ensure delivery of exemplary solutions for travel industry business needs.  As a Senior resource, you will mentor team members and act in a technical lead capacity when interacting with customers. 

 

What you will do:

  • Lead moderate to complex technical and client related projects and activities
  • Consult with customers to provide subject matter and technical expertise throughout the  development lifecycle including: requirements analysis, solution design, software development, code reviews, testing and deployment support
  • Design and develop solutions to address complex internal and external requirements which may involve integration with 3rd party products
  • Proficient at writing high-quality, efficient and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and standards
  • Manage customer interactions in our CRM tool. Maintain accurate, complete and timely CRM documentation for all steps and activities taken to resolve issues and inquiries.  
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency responding to inquiries; look for value-add opportunities when interacting with customers

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
  • Professional development software experience
  • Experience with Integrated Development Environments like Visual Studio, Eclipse
  • Thorough understanding of SQL, XML, HTML, VB, API and web services
  • Thorough understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
  • Travel technology experience with understanding of multiple GDS systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of Compleat programming concepts
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn more. You should be open to learn from others and willing to help mentor and teach.
  • Proficient on MS Office programs and Windows OS
