Our team specializes in delivering end-to-end SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions across implementation, advisory, and safeguard services. As part of the broader SAP CX ecosystem, we work closely with customers and partners to translate CX strategy into scalable, value-driven business processes and solution landscapes.

We bring deep expertise across the SAP CX portfolio — including Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, and Customer Data solutions — and support organizations through transformation journeys covering solution design, process optimization, rollout, adoption, and continuous value realization.

In addition, we actively embed Business AI and custom AI capabilities into CX programs — leveraging standard AI features as well as tailored AI use cases designed around each customer’s unique business context. Our focus is to improve decision quality, increase productivity, accelerate process outcomes, and enable more intelligent customer engagement.

Beyond implementation, we act as a trusted partner to our customers — providing advisory guidance, quality and architecture safeguarding, and best-practice driven delivery oversight. Our goal is not only successful deployment, but sustained adoption and measurable business outcomes through CX and AI-driven innovation.

To strengthen this mission, we are expanding our team with senior CX business process experts who can lead transformation conversations, shape solution direction, and drive high-impact outcomes across CX and AI-enabled programs.

What you’ll do

  We are looking for a SAP CX consultant specialized in AI who is skilled in the solution as well as has technical expertise to meet the demands of the customer implementation needs. This role will offer you –

• To work on global SAP Business AI implementations with CX helping the customers streamline their sales & service processes

This role will help you to enhance skills in the specialized solutions space of Artificial Intelligence with CX while providing opportunities to explore other related solutions under CX portfolio

You have or will develop a T-shaped expertise: broad knowledge of SAP Customer Experience Strategy including data and AI, with deeper specialization in SAP BTP and AI.

Main focus will be on:

• Low-code application development;
• Process automation;
• Integration with other SAP solutions;
• AI applications within SAP (such as intelligent automation, embedded AI, custom AI, conversational AI and agentic AI);

The Consultant is expected to

• Design and integrate ecosystems of business applications, AI agents, extensions, workflows, and domain-specific services to ensure seamless interoperability across SAP CX, BTP, and customer-facing landscapes.

• Embedding AI in customer conversations and demos (e.g., building blocks, automation, or simple AI use cases) for embedded AI, custom AI, Agentic AI and conversational AI.

• Supporting customer demos, presentations, and workshops on SAP Business Technology Platform and specifically SAP Build;
• Helping customers discover the value of SAP Build through showcases, proofs of concept, or prototypes;
• Own the design and delivery of cloud-native SAP BTP and AI architectures, building production-ready components, extension services, event-driven integrations, and role-based experiences.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI agent patterns such as retrieval-augmented workflows, tool-calling agents, and domain-grounded copilots for global engagements.
• Develop reusable platform components including vector stores, multitenant CAP services, integration APIs, governance layers, and operational toolchains to standardize AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards for security, privacy, auditability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and customer-facing teams to align capabilities, resolve integration challenges, and drive consistent solution patterns.
• Communicate complex architecture concepts in clear business value terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants through pairing, design reviews, and architectural guidance to improve quality and maintainability.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s level thinking (preferably in IT, engineering, or business/tech);
• Advanced experience in development or automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, APIs, cloud, workflow tools);
• 12+ years of professional experience designing cloud-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience architecting hybrid SAP cloud landscapes (BTP Cloud Foundry + external APIs + CloudConnector).
• Professional experience implementing or architecting SAP CAP (Node.js) services.
• Experience with administering SAP BTP Cockpit (entitlements, users, spaces, service instances) in Cloud Foundry.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
• Experience building automated test strategies (vulnerability scanning, unit/UI/API tests, accessibility tests).
• Professional experience working with LLMs and respective APIs (OpenAI, Llama, etc.) as well as agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, crew.ai, n8n,..) including basic understanding or experience with MCP and A2A standards.
• Fluent, clear business English, strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to mixed audiences.

Desired/Preferred Additional expertise

• Experience designing or interpreting TAM-based solution diagrams (block and sequence diagrams).
• Experience with additional web frameworks (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.) and corresponding design tools like Figma.
• Experience with SAP Event Mesh or event-driven architectures in general, SAP BTP Kyma Environment or SAP Business Data Cloud / Datasphere.
• Experience with SAP BTP Kyma environment.
• Experience with SAP AI standard products like AI Core, SAP Generative AI Hub, Joule, Joule Studio.
