Job Title: Developer Associate

What you'll do:

You will be a part of the design, implementation and maintenance of modules or features for the software application development team SAP Project Services in Public Cloud. Our team is a cross-functional team of talented, supportive and motivated colleagues. Within our team, we follow the agile methodologies and industry best practices. As a Developer Associate in our team, you will be working as a full stack developer and will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Design, code, test and assure the quality of complex product features via agile techniques and test automation. 
  • Resolve complex issues within own area of expertise and support others in resolving issues.
  • Have good experience in standard software development principles, agile methodologies, and cloud principles. 
  • Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with your team members to ensure team success.
  • Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills. 
  • Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
  • Have fair technical knowledge and share expertise within and across team and organization.

 What you bring:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech or a relevant degree with 1-3 years of work experience as a software developer.
  • Good knowledge of CDS, ABAP/ABAP OO, HANA, OData, RAP and BOPF. Fair knowledge of JavaScript, UI5 and FIORI.
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and results driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills with ability to explain complex information in a clear and precise manner.
  • Knowledge of automation test frameworks like AUnits/OPA5/QUnits/WDI5 is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business and technology environments.
