Job Summary:
The resource will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the ATLAS Customer Onboarding. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams, ensuring all requirements are met and delivered on time. The ideal candidate should have good understanding of Stakeholder Management, Project Management, excellent communication, problem solving skills
Job role:

- Managing stakeholders and ensure roadblocks are removed during customer Onboarding.
- Follow escalation path to ensure we meet the SLA for customer Onboarding.
- Regular review of the process for Customer Onboarding. Recommend process improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for customer Onboarding
- Experience working in complex and large-scale projects and supporting day-to-day activities in SAP ATLAS tool with less or no supervision.
- Expertise in identifying potential risks in the process/data and implementing mitigation strategies to resolve impact.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders and ensure process efficiency. Preparing & sharing status report/ communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize the process.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools (Service Now, JIRA etc.) and software will be added advantage.
- Problem-solving and attention to details skills. Should be proactive in taking ownership for assigned job duties.
- Experience in MS Office tools required.
Work Experience:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of work experience in Project support preferably within IT organization.
- Prior experience in IT Customer Onboarding of any new service, Stakeholder management, Onboarding consultant, internal stakeholder alignment, bridge between customer engagment and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
