Summary:

Atlassian products form the foundation on which SuccessFactors PDLC processes are built. They are integral to the planning, developing, releasing, and sustaining of the SuccessFactors product suite. Atlassian Administrators are instrumental in helping improve the productivity of the team. Deliverables you will manage, including but not limited to, are: 

 

Role:

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and execution of processes & tools for Engineering & Product. This includes meeting organizational requirements, support of existing applications, as well as creating new and innovative solutions;
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Create appropriate policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed
  • Lead multiple application and/or infrastructure projects, delivering diverse and flexible business solutions
  • Discusses workflow and processes with employees in the various divisions to identify internal stakeholder requirements in the form of detailed user stories.
  • Analyze workflows and work processes and recommends improvements. Prepares a variety of documents and reports as required.
  • Prepares reports, dashboards, and other advanced analytical tools to support data-driven management and decision-making.
  • Define a process that can be easily subjected to an audit
  • Identify its documentation and training requirements
  • Communicate process changes to the process users
  • Overall performance and results of the process
  • Identification and management of critical process success factors
  • Enforcement of the process & control and lead process improvement
  • Reporting of process status and progress to peers and executives
  • Facilitation, resolution, or escalation of cross-functional issues
  • Accountability for the cost and investment in the process

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 10-12 years Experience in IT, operations, or Engineering
  • Experience in managing team and people development.
  • Experience managing Change Management,  Problem Management, Server management & JIRA Admin team across Operations & Engineering.
  • Experience on the Administrator level of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • Experience troubleshooting the Atlassian software stack.
  • Familiarity with database concepts (SQL, XML, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, environments, and APIs
  • Exposure to Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Experience with Apache httpd and Tomcat.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • Previous interaction with Git, Subversion, etc.
  • Is responsible for, and owns, the process at an executive or management level
  • Strong Atlassian JIRA - change management tool.
  • Hands-on experience of report creation, backlog management, burndown management, confluence management using the JIRA tool
  • Good understanding of project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, ability to connect with teams, exchange data point
  • skills in making reports and presentation preparing for management review
  • Experience in AGILE methodology is added advantage
  • Full-Time Graduate or Masters's with good academics background.
