Kubernetes Developer - Container Ecosystem, ISM CloudOps

 

Summary and Role Information

Our team is looking for a Kubernetes Developer that would be joining our Container Ecosystem team. You will be implementing design patterns for distributed systems and creating container infrastructure platforms. You will be a key player in delivering solutions enriching the user experience of cloud-native platforms such as Kubernetes and making the life easier for people running containerized workload.

Kubernetes developer duties and responsibilities
•    Create the container infrastructure platform for the company
•    Coordinate with other infrastructure teams to meet goals
•    Enhance delivery systems with Continuous Integration
•    Improve the monitoring and alert system
•    Troubleshoot issues and solve problems where needed
   
Role Requirements 

•    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology/engineering or equivalent experience
•    Solution-oriented mindset and comfortable collaborating with team-mates working from around the globe
•    Previous experiences with: open-source projects, DevOps + CI/CD implementations, container technologies like Docker, complex event processing and event-driven architecture, SDLC and Agile methodologies
•    Knowledge and understanding of: cloud-native development, microservice design, architectural patterns, Linux
