What You’ll Do
The Partner Solution Enablement Senior Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing enablement programs for SAP Business Suite partners. The primary goal is to empower partners with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to successfully sell, and implement SAP Business Suite solutions to maximize customer success and solution adoption. This role requires an understanding of SAP Business Suite applications, strong program management skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Program Development and Management:
  • Design and develop enablement programs, organize training and certification programs, and scale go-to-market capacity
  • Partner Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their enablement needs and building enablement to address the gaps and goals 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams across all SAP Board areas to align enablement programs in alignment with SAP’s strategic priorities
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Develop enablement programs that drive key performance indicators and accelerate and strength partner businesses globally

Skills required are:

  • An understanding of SAP’s solution portfolio and strategic initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be an asset
