Intro Summary:

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer. In this role you will coordinate and contribute to the team effort that builds high-quality software for SAP.

What You'll Do

• Work within a team of engineers to drive improvements in overall quality, testing processes and practices, and automation.
• Identify opportunities for test automations, tooling, and processes for better quality management to ensure the delivered features fit product requirements.
• Work on ongoing improvements for our test strategy and test approach.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans that include security and performance testing.
• Research test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrade existing practices and processes.

What You Bring

• Engineering graduate with 1 ~ 3 years Industry experince in Quality Software Management space. Experience in the software quality management area and some experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing and regression testing.
• You are independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Good knowledge of quality management and Scrum.
• You embrace the Agile process, are self-empowered, take ownership of, and responsibility for your work; collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and an evolving technology stack; creative problem-solving skills.

Tech You Bring

Your quality mindset is essential. You master office applications effortlessly and know your Jira while being open for other modern tools for agile methodologies. ABAP knowledge and a sense for the architecture of large software products is very welcome.

Tech You’ll Learn

You will master the tools SAP uses to deliver leading business functionalities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Management in high quality, while gaining a deep understanding of the business processes involved. You will learn how we manage test catalogs, organize tests, track issues and KPIs, and help driving the development of AI powered test automation.
