Summary

This position is currently open for the best-in-class cloud-based Business to Business e-commerce Mobile product in SAP Ariba. The primary technology areas are Java, Web, REST, Micro services, Katalon, Angular JS, Spring & Spring Boot. The Mobile testing team works on test automation areas like Selenium Web Driver, Appium, Protractor, Junit Automation & Rest API Automation

Mobile Procurement team is dedicated to build a next generation solution for the procurement industry, which is intuitive, innovative and easy to use. We challenge ourselves to learn about the industry processes and translate them into a product with usability being the centerpiece and delight our customers.

The Role

In this role, you’ll:

• Quality assurance of complex product features and end to end workflows in an engineering team focusing on best in class test design, manual testing, best in class automation (both Mobile and Web/Server-side).
• Analyze and decompose various integration points (Simulators) within and outside SAP Ariba’s Ecosystem and design a strategy to test and automate them.
• Automate 100% of test cases using Katalon, Appium, Protractor for client-side Mobile UI automation and Junit/TestNg/Rest for Web/Server-side automation.
• Collaborate closely with Product management, Peer development, Automation and UX Engineers and Architect on the product development and testing.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience working in a commercial product development environment, shared services background preferred.
• Hands on experience in building robust and scalable Mobile and Web/Server-side automation framework using following technology and tools like Java, Perl, Katalon, Selenium Web driver, Appium, Protractor
• Technical mentor to the Mobile testing team
• REST API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, Jmeter
• Good Database concepts and hands on experience with PL/SQL (Preferred) and highly proficient with Unix/Linux environment and Shell Scripting.
