Purpose and Objectives:
SAP Preferred Success is the cloud Success Plan offering that provides SAP cloud customers with expertise and collaboration tools that support and empower their outcome-based goals. The SAP Preferred Success Functional Team supports both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs alike by providing SAP Preferred Success exclusive 1:1 and 1:n offerings ranging from tailored adoption recommendation services to large scale adoption events. The Functional Specialist will use their SAP SuccessFactors HXM domain knowledge, change management expertise, and business process guidance to contribute to the team goals and expectations and assist both internal and external SAP Preferred Success customers with a focus on post implementation Adoption and Consumption of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite.
The SAP Preferred Success Functional Team:

  • Engages with our customers and CSPs to deliver the value of the SAP Preferred Success program with prescriptive guidance on solution usage and adoption topics.
  • Develops content and events to scale the value of our SAP Preferred Success through our external community presence.
  • Innovates by working with SAP Preferred Success Product Managers to drive the evolution of the SAP Preferred Success offering.
  • Empowers internal and external customers alike to consume our offerings based on the outcomes they are looking to accomplish.


What you'll do:

  • Remotely deliver 1:1 and 1:M SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay or other SuccessFactors HCM modules adoption and consumption focused workshops primarily
  • Act as an SME for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay  and/or other SuccessFactors HCM modules
  • Develop exclusive content (video, webinar, job aid) for SAP Preferred Success HCM Customers
  • Collaborate with the different stakeholders including but not limited to Product Management, Product Support, Engineering, CSP and Account Teams etc.


What you'll bring:

  • University undergraduate degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering or comparable educational background.
  • Associate Certification in at least Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
  • Employee Central and Performance and Goals Management certifications or knowledge are an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 (T2) years of working experience with cloud-based applications.
  • Experience in development, implementation, and enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay and/or other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Familiarity with the SAP Preferred Success offering.
  • Curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Customer Focused and Flexible time for global coverage.
  • Ability to multitask and support many requests simultaneously.
  • Business Level English, written and verbal. Additional languages are an advantage.
