At SAP Ariba Procurement Product Team, our mission is to provide the world’s leading cloud-based spend management solution, unifying the SAP Procurement portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba Applications & Business Network, and SAP Fieldglass.

We are looking for a Senior Developer to strengthen our team and deliver Procurement solutions.

Role:

• Work as a full stack developer for development of software applications.
• Work closely with the architect, product owner and other team stakeholders to drive design and code reviews.
• Author and review design and technical documentation.
• Apply clean code principles: execute development testing, code reviews, code inspections, unit testing, performance measurements.
• Participate in scrum team agile ceremonies like backlog refinement, planning, grooming.
• Perform development tasks effectively, in -time, scope and quality.

What you'll bring

• 8-10 years of experience in software development
• Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in ABAP/ABAP OO, ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) modelling/ OData, BOPF, HANA
• Knowledge of automation test frameworks like Vyper/OPA5/Q units is desirable
• Strong modelling skills using TAM
• Knowledge of technologies including ABAP/HANA CDS, Gateway/OData, AMDP and Web UI technologies (Fiori, SAPUI5/HTML5, JavaScript) is a preference.
• Exposure to agile methodologies like scrum.
• Experience or functional knowledge in Procurement / SAP MM / SRM is desirable
• Ability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
