Senior DevOps Engineer

You'll lead the design and operation of cloud platforms that thousands of engineers rely on — across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenStack. At the intersection of infrastructure engineering, AI innovation, and technical leadership, you'll drive system design, mentor engineers, and shape how software is built and delivered at enterprise scale.

What you'll build

- Lead design and implementation of complex multi-cloud infrastructure and platform automation
- Architect CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for fast, policy-driven deployments at scale
- Drive infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Implement end-to-end monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Splunk
- Lead AI-assisted DevOps initiatives including AI Agents and MCP servers
- Mentor engineers on DevOps practices, tooling, and operational excellence

What you bring

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure roles with a track record of leading technical implementations
- Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
- Programming skills in Python, Go, or similar — with a strong automation-first mindset
- Experience with AI/LLM integration and its application in DevOps automation
- A natural mentor and collaborator who drives decisions with clarity and takes ownership of complex deliverables

Bonus: Experience with Crossplane, custom controllers, building AI Agents or MCP servers, or SAP technologies (BTP, HANA Cloud).
