What you'll do
As an SAP Jira Product Advisor, you will be at the forefront of:
• Defining guidelines for the enterprise-wide use of SAP Jira
• Steering meetings of the global SAP Jira Advisory Group
• Process consulting for SAP Jira
• Configuration management for SAP Jira
• Leading change management for SAP Jira
• Leading audits and compliance for SAP Jira (including preparation, alignment, documentation and follow-ups)
What you bring
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields
Must have skills:
• Deep product knowledge of Jira
• Jira configuration and administration
• Knowledge of Backlog management processes
• Change management
• Stakeholder management
• Strong verbal and written communication
Nice to have skills:
• Knowledge of Test management processes
• Experience with audits and compliance, including preparation, alignment, documentation and follow-ups

• SAP Jira (SAP’s official backlog management tool with over 55,000 end-users)
• Hyperspace (SAP’s official platform for Continuous Integration & Delivery)
• Lucid Capacity (simplified capacity management for managers)
• SAP Transformation Navigator (provides guidance to customers on charting their path to an intelligent enterprise. Winner of the 2017 Hasso Plattner Award)
• AI Pair Programming with GitHub Copilot
