Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing the product direction for our AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including AI Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Lines, and Business Technology Platform to deliver solutions that continue to excite our customers (and industry analysts!).
 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI technologies and trends, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate and compare pre-built models and LLMs from other vendors to decide whether to integrate third-party solutions or build in-house models
  • Drive the development of AI models and algorithms, working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond for AI use-cases
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align product roadmap with business objectives
  • Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • Continuously monitor customer feedback and market dynamics to iterate on product features and enhance user experience

    What you bring :
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, deep learning, and related fields
  • Experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models and algorithms
  • Proficiency in evaluating third-party AI solutions and making informed build vs. buy decisions
  • Familiarity with concepts and tools commonly used in AI development (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Product Management Skills: Proven experience in product management with a strong emphasis on AI-first products Ability to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Strong focus on customer value and prioritizing the voice of the customer
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools
