MEET YOUR TEAM

As part of Cloud ERP – PSCC Organization, we support Customers during their Implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud through Customer Care, Support Critical Customers after go live through Customer Advocacy, Do Two-Tier ERP Integration Scenario build, Develop and Maintain Tools to support Customers during Software upgrades, Conduct Customer Lifecycle Experience tests including Functional tests for S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition for each release in alignment with S/4HANA Cloud Program Management. 

As part of Customer Care & Customer Advocacy –

  • Guide Customers throughout the Implementation Cycle
  • Support customers with their Technical & Functional Queries
  • Conduct Q-Gate Checks at each phase of the project.
  • Help in ensuring Successful go-live of the implementation projects.
  • Support customers during the Upgrade cycle
  • Introduce new innovations to customers.
  • Act as voice of the customer with in SAP

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Product Specialist, your key areas of responsibility and tasks include:

 

  • Work with cloud mindset and be a trusted advisor for Customers in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition – and provide guidance to the project team (SAP, Partner, Customer) for successful onboarding of customers.
  • Simulate customer like scenarios in Internal Landscape and provide Solutions and Guidance to customers during their project implementation.
  • Co-innovate with customers by building new cross system integration scenarios in S/4HANA and contribute to Two Tier ERP approach.
  • Simulate customer like Test scenarios in our internal Test landscapes for each release with clear focus on new functions and features and provide feedback to Product Engineering Teams
  • Work as SME and enable customers on new functional scenarios, new processes like intelligent enterprise scenarios & SAP Business AI and keep updated with S4HANA Cloud knowledge in Procurement & Supply Chain area.
  • Support Customers on functionalities & features and Collaborate with the Product Management & Product Engineering Teams within & outside region on roadmaps.
  • Bring creative ideas to improve Customer experience, operational excellence.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

 

  • Degree in Engineering with 6+ years of SAP consulting experience in Procurement, Inventory management and Warehouse Management, besides a good understanding of cross functional business processes obtained during previous stints with Industry.
  • Hands on experience in Implementing SAP S/4HANA – Procurement & Inventory Management, Warehouse Management. Good Integration knowledge with connected functions like Material Accounting, Quality, Production, Projects, Sales & Service.
  • At least 2 Full Lifecycle End to End Implementation Projects in SAP S/4HANA – Materials Management / Procurement & Inventory, Warehouse Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Presentation Skills.
  • Ability to work well in/with teams and build relationships with Customers / Partners
  • Results driven and strong quality focus.
  • Having experience in Central Business Configuration Tool, S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and Three System Landscape is an added bonus.
